A different cut for boys

I realize this truck in the background is ‘less-than-ideal’. But my options were to get us hit by being fully in the street, run over by pedestrians on the sidewalk or this: in front of the truck. Ergo… Now that I talked about what I don’t like, I’ll mention what I do like: which is the drapey (dare I say cowlneck?) neckline on the top and the plaid jacket. I am also rather fond of his hair and aviators… what do you think? Is a top like this too feminine for most men? Do you like it?
