Pretty in pink with white fishnets
I met Tony and Nadira as I was exiting an event that they were about to enter and thought they made a rather dashing couple: he with his ice blue bowtie and she with everything pink and white.

Bleach “printed” jeans at Pat Field’s
I always love to stop in at Pat Field’s store when I’m in the area and see what’s new and say hello to my fave club kids. I took this picture because I am intrigued by these bleached jeans. I did this ages ago in mom’s basement and I remember that aside from the bleach smell it was fun to try and figure out a pattern. I don’t know if I’d do this to long jeans again but it’s definitely something I’d consider for cut offs. I also love that the dog, Barbie, gets to go to work with her!

Platinum blonde Barbie works the neon spring trend
This girl looks like a Barbie come to life. Love the super long platinum hair going on and the signature hot pink top with the houndstooth print. And he’s a better accessory than your average Ken doll –plus you know I love the motorcycle jacket in white!

Both mini & maxi dresses can work with the black and white spring trend
I saw these two at the RICA Swimwear launch the other day and liked their looks. Both are keeping it simple in just black and white but I do like the pop of color added by the orange bag as well.

Carisma
I saw this gorgeous girl Carisma in Soho. Her hair is amazing and she has great energy…and I’ll be doing a shoot with her later and will post up some pix here.
Bobby Webster & Judson Harmon say Fuck Off on my behalf
Yesterday it occurred to me that I use “the F word” a lot. NO. I mean alottalot. Not that that’s unusual in my circle nor do I normally care…but then I was subjected to a monologue (disguised as conversation) with someone I can’t stand and realized every other word she said seemed to be fuck. And she just sounded like a cheap poseur. So in an effort to make sure I don’t sound like that I decided that everytime I say fuck I have to put a dollar in a jar and that all of it would have to go to…MITT ROMNEY’S campaign! How’s that for an incentive to reign in the F word? But when I saw Bobby and Judson at Le Bain last night I had to shoot them with this Fuck Off sign. I have no idea what they were doing with it but I’m thinking: maybe I should carry one around NYC and flash it instead of say it. Of course I’d probably come across as a crazy mute…oh and I already owe Romney $26! !kcuf

Sophia Lamar proves it’s ok to be “a bit off”
Some people I never tire of seeing. Sophia Lamar falls into that camp. And I always love to see what she’s wearing. I can’t even pretend to understand this asymmetrical coat. But as usual Sophia makes it work.
The tres fabu(lous) Leo Gugu
I saw Leo Gugu the other night in the e.vil at Dress Up Get Down. And he certainly did both. BRING ON THE FEATHERS.

pink + green but not preppy
When I was little I had a babysitter obsessed with The Preppy Handbook which states pink and green are the official “preppy” colors. Tell that to these two who together would definitely raise eyebrows at any country club! This is how they dress for Sunday brunch at Yotel. …or maybe it’s how they dressed for Saturday night?

the LBD goes casual
The Little Black Dress is every girl’s evening “go to” item. But depending on the dress and how it’s styled it can work perfectly during the day too. Here the over the knee socks and studded black loafers add an unexpected charm…and her hat tops it off. (pun intended!)
